When you make a purchase on kay.com, you may choose to have your order delivered to the
Kay Jewelers nearest you at no additional charge for shipping. This gives you the opportunity to speak with our expert sales professionals who will help answer any questions. Orders are shipped to a Kay Jewelers location via UPS 2nd Day Air.  Please note that Kay.com orders shipped to a store requiring gift wrapping will be wrapped by one of our helpful store associates at time of pick-up.

If you choose the ship-to-store option, you will receive an e-mail notifying you when the order has arrived in the store. Once this e-mail is sent, you will have 30 days to pick up your purchase.**

When you come into the store, you will need to sign for your purchase and present a valid photo ID.  For your protection, we require that the order be picked up by the person who made the purchase.
