Colibri® Warranty
Limited One Year Warranty
Colibri will repair any watch part they find to be defective, in materials or in the manufacturer's workmanship, for one year from the date of its original purchase, providing the watch has been subjected to normal use. The watchcase and finish, stem and crown, crystal, and batteries are not covered by this warranty.  It is Colibri's option to repair or replace a timepiece within a reasonable period of time from the date of receipt by the Service Department.

Repair Service
To obtain repair service under this warranty, proof of purchase during the warranty period is required.  The warranty repair coupon contained in the warranty booklet may be used to show the date of purchase when it has been filled out by your Colibri dealer.

Please send the following:
-Watch properly packed in a box
-Properly completed warranty repair coupon or other dated proof of purchase
-Enclose $8.00 to cover postage and handling
-Insure package with carrier

This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from repair by unauthorized parties or damage due to accident, alteration, misuse or abuse.  Colibri does not assume any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages and all implied warranties are limited to one year from the date of original purchase. There are no express or implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability that extend beyond those specified here.  Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
